Who We Are
Smalley Ward Ltd are a family firm based in Formby and have over 40 years’ experience working with both residential and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on exceeding our customers’ expectations and delivering work of the highest standards.
What We Do
Our services span from a simple gate installation through to Fencing, Pergola, and Gazebos, to full design and build Garden Rooms.
We offer free estimates and work with you to ensure your unique vision and needs are met. We manage full builds from start to completion, so you don't have to worry about consulting multiple tradespeople.
With our full design and build service, we can produce CAD drawings as and when required for approval prior to works commencing, and we can also apply for any local authority approvals, including planning permission or building control submissions and liaison.
We also offer an after-sales service where we can return to site on a yearly basis to carry out cleaning and maintenance, ensuring that your Garden Structure has a long life and looks as good as the day we handed it over to you.
